BEFORE
This alley loaded plan misses the mark with a formal dining room and parlor, tiny kitchen and cafe, and no covered outdoor living.
AFTER
Our updated plan eliminates all the wasted formal space and replaces it with a home office, large open great room, wonderful kitchen with a huge seating island, and adds much needed cover to the outdoor living space. Upstairs, the loft is relocated to allow for a volume space over the great room. The secondary bedrooms are divided into individual suites, each with a private bath and walk-in closet.
