This year Wonderland Homes entered two homes we had the privilege of designing to the Northern Colorado HBA's 2020 Parade of Homes. The Blossom, part of the Meadow Collection, and the Basil, part of the Garden Collection, both at Trailside in Timnath took home Golden Key awards for their pricing categories.
The Blossom is a great two-story detached home. The main level features a kitchen with an oversized island, a great covered patio off the Great Room, and a Pocket Office at the front. Upstairs the Owner's Suite has a great Optional Retreat and Balcony that anyone could spend a morning in.
The Basil is a ranch paired home that lives large. The high ceilings and window flood the Kitchen and Great Room with light and ready to entertain. With an optional door to the patio and soaring ceiling, the Owner's Suite is sure to impress. The front bedroom works great as a Guest Suite or flexes easily to a home office.
